Welcome to the online Video Visitation center. Once you register, you may schedule a visitation with your inmate. Click here to find your inmate. If you are having trouble finding your inmate, please send an email to email@example.com.
You can visit with your inmate from anywhere in the world as long as you have:
- a computer
- internet access
- an email account
- a webcam
- a credit card
This allows you to save gas money, have longer visits, and know in advance that you will definitely see your inmate at a set time unless there is a security issue at the jail.
Any visitation can happen from anywhere in the world as long as you have internet access. You can have the visit from your living room, office, or public library.
All new users are required to conduct an internet connectivity test prior to the first scheduled visit. This is in addition to the System Check, which only checks your camera capatibily with our system. Please call 513-827-8300 from 10:00am to 11:00am or from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Monday thru Friday to conduct a test. We do not conduct test on the weekends or on holidays. We do not compensate for visits that experience connectivity issues if you have not done a test visit first.
Prior to calling for a test you should call your internet provider to verify that you have at least 10 down and 2 up on your bandwidth. This is the minimum bandwidth required to use our system.
Our office hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Closed Holidays.
Brunswick requires you to schedule your visitation at least 24 hours in advance. If you attempt to schedule a visit within the 24 hour period, you're visit may be cancelled and you will not be refunded.
Cell phones (including smart phones) cannot handle the video bandwidth that is required. Please do NOT use a cell phone for your visit. Attempted cell phone visits will no longer be refundable. Additionally, Apple IPads are not compatable with Adobe Flash and therefore cannot be used with our system.
We encourage you to download Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to use as your browser. You will also need to download Adobe Flash Player if you choose to use Mozilla Firefox
Internet Explorer 9 or updates are not compatible with Adobe Flash and do not work with our system. There is a way to work around the IE 9 but we do not recommend doing so. Your computer will need to be reverted back to IE8. This is done by hitting the F12, which will bring up a secondary screen. Go to the words "browser mode" and click on it. This will provide a drop down box. Click on the IE8 box and X out of the screen. This will revert you Internet Explore back to IE8.
We have found that several Internet Providers do not provide sufficient band width with their basic plans. Our system requires a minimum of 10 down and 2 up on the bandwidth. The following providers are ones that tend to be problamatic, but you need to check and verify that you have the minimum with whatever service you have.
Century Link, Brighthouse, Verizon, Sprint, At&T,
Most satellite systems will not work, such as HughesNet
Special note: Eyconix attempts to provide visitation during the scheduled times. Unfortunately we do not have any control over the functions within the jail. There may be times that problems within the jail could effect the timing of your visit. It may start a few minutes late. We do not compensate for the loss of time unless it reaches at least 10 minutes late. In those cases we will provide a 15 minute visit in compensation for the lost time. Be advised that the jail notifies the inmate of visit times, and often the inmate takes his time, or does not stop his activities in time to get to the monitor at the time of visit. In the event that the inmate does not show by his/her choice, you will not be refunded.
All visits must be scheduled on EST. If you are in a different time zone, it is your responsibility to schedule the visit on the Jail's time zone.
