To participate in Video Visits you'll need a webcam enabled computer, and a recent version of the Adobe Flash plug-in. If you need to download the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html.
When your equipment is configured correctly you'll see the output from your webcam below. Be sure to test your equipment before you purchase visitation sessions, and again prior to your scheduled visitation time.
