Scheduling video visitation sessions with inmates at this facility is easy. The first step is to register. Only family and friends can register on the Eyconix system.
Family and friends can purchase visitation in 15 and 30 minute blocks.
Brunswick requires you to schedule your inmates at least 24 hours in advance. If this does not occur and you try to schedule visits on the same day, you do so at your own risk with no refund of a no show inmate.
Please do NOT use a cell phone. Cell phones (including smart phones) cannot handle the video bandwidth that is required. If you have a 4G hot spot modem, that will work, but NOT with a cell phone. In the event you have issues trying to use a cell phone, those visits will no longer be refunded.
All visits must be scheduled on EST. If you are in a different time zone, it is your responsibility to schedule the visit on the Jail's time zone.
