Family and Friends
As a family or friend, there are two cost options for online video visitation.
15 minute - $6.95
30 minute - $9.99
The visit begins the moment the inmate connects within the facility. The visit is billed in its entirety prior to the visit and is not refundable unless the facility shuts the system down due to security reasons.
Visits purchased in advance are treated as a gift card purchase.
Brunswick requires you to schedule your inmates at least 24 hours in advance. If this does not occur and you try to schedule visits on the same day, you do so at your own risk with no refund of a no show inmate.
